This is truly an open concept home. You walk in the front door and you can see all the way to the back window. Couple that with the 12 foot ceilings and you feel like you have walked into a mansion.
The combined living room and dining room spans over 30 feet and has huge windows which let the natural sunlight beam through the house during the day. The best part i the hardwood floors which feel like they go on forever and ever…. it’s pretty amazing and it looks great.
The kitchen was taken right down to the framing and completely redone. It cost a lot of money, but the result was worth every penny invested. The amount of counter and cabinet space is amazing and you could run a commercial style cooking operation out of here and not feel crammed. The exterior wall has a huge window and a walkout so you get the added benefit of natural sunlight throughout the kitchen.

This whole floor was taken right down to the studs and the results are amazing. What was once a 2nd kitchen is now a huge laundry room with a walkout to the biggest patio you will ever see in a house. It really is such an amazing space and your friends will love coming over to your house because you can easily entertain 30 people on the patio.
The second floor also has three spacious bedrooms if you have little kiddies or they would also make for great home offices. All of the windows are completely new on this floor and all of the bedrooms have hardwood flooring.
3RD FLOOR (Master level)
It’s really cool to be able to say this, because it is such a rarity. One of the best parts of buying a house in Hamilton is that you might be lucky enough to get a third level which can be turned into the master bedroom of your dreams.
This master level comes with a huge en-suite bathroom and a walk in closet. The bedroom itself is so big that you could probably turn it into two bedrooms if you like, or even have a small living room in there….. honestly, it is absolutely huge.
Aside from the house offering the best value your money can buy, one of the best benefits of buying a house in Hamilton is that you are not in a suburb, you are in a pretty big city with over 500,000 people living in it! Hamilton is no slouch when it comes to restaurants and shops and is becoming known for a community where young entrepreneurs and business owners are coming to set up shop and showcase their talents. I’ve eaten at some really amazing restaurants here and the atmosphere and vibe is very down to earth.
In terms of location and ability to commute you have everything at your fingertips. Literally a hop, skip and a jump from the new GO station and if you prefer driving, you are about 8 minutes away from the QEW. I live in Mississauga and a door to door in about 35 minutes (I don’t speed that much either).
