The Mississauga Valleys community is bounded by Burnhamthorpe Road to the north, Cawthra Road to the east, Dundas Street to the south, and on the west side by Hurontario Street. Maybe the best part about living in Mississauga Valleys is that you are really located in the centre of the city. A quick drive north to Square One, a quick drive south to the QEW/Gardiner, it’s so easy to get around Mississauga or out of Mississauga if needed. If you’re looking to be next door to fantastic shopping at Square One Mall and in an area with a great community centre and park, living in Mississauga Valleys might just be for you.
The community centre is home to a full fitness facility, including swimming pools and a therapy pool. There is also an ice arena, a full gymnasium and baseball fields outdoors. The city of Mississauga offers many leagues and classes that operate out of the Mississauga Valleys Community Centre.
Mississauga Valleys is located just east of the city centre area in central Mississauga. The 403 is right up the street and the QEW is approximately a 10 minute drive south. The Cooksville GO station is very close by and can get you into downtown Toronto in 30 minutes during rush hour.
Square One shopping mall is just a few minutes down the road and has all of your shopping needs covered. There is also a movie theatre across the street from Square One and several restaurants in the area as well.
Along with the outdoor fields and park at the Mississauga Valley Community Centre, there is also Stonebrook Park and Richard Jones Park, which connect with one another. These are excellent spots to walk the dog along the water, go for a run or a bike ride.
